Typically, when this issue occurs, it is due to your district or school resetting your password. The tech person/team at your district/school may have set up nightly, automatic imports of school rosters with Discovery Education.
While you were able to change your password with Discovery Education and log in, because you are included in nightly school roster updates, your password is being reset to the log in provided by your district/school. Please contact your site administrator to confirm what your password is, or have them reset your password to something that you can remember. Then, when nightly automated imports are done, your password will be reset to the correct credentials.
Please also make sure that you are entering the correct username.
