Social-Emotional Learning Center
Exclusive to our Full Discovery Education partners, the Social-Emotional Learning Center presents a curated collection of hundreds of resources designed to help educators integrate SEL into core instruction and to help all students develop social and emotional competencies, cultivate self-confidence, manage stress, look at situations and issues from a variety of perspectives, and maintain their well-being so everyone can thrive. Content in the Center is aligned to SEL competencies and is organized into tabs that focus on educator professional development and school culture, ready-to-use instructional activities, and multimodal, student-facing digital content for all grade bands. The Center was created with support from The Allstate Foundation.

- Discover Your Happy: Provides science-based tools for educators, students and parents to show how happiness can be achieved through learnable skills and practices.
- Wellness: Learn about the holistic integration of the eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual, and find resources to support conversations in the classroom about wellness.
- Child Mind Institute: Learn what athletes and actors like Brandon Marshall and Jonah Hill would tell their younger selves in #MyYoungerSelf, how actors like Octavia Spencer and Andrew Garfield found ways to cope and thrive during the coronavirus crisis, and what WNBA and NBA players like Sheryl Swoopes and Bismak Biyombo do to combat stress and stay positive.
- Everyday Speech: This channel presents a collection of videos, activities, and worksheets that encompass multiple SEL strategies. The following collection is organized by each of the CASEL competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Explore resources that guide younger students to harness their own identity and develop healthy relationships with others.
- Healthy Decisions: Presents instructional materials and classroom resources to support students in developing healthy decision-making skills. The collection of materials explores the benefits of making healthy decisions around such topics as alcohol and drugs, mental health and wellness, nutrition, and physical activity.
- Common Sense Education: Connect students to critical digital citizenship skills. Each lesson takes on timely topics for school communities, supports teachers with improved classroom tools, and prepares students to take ownership of their digital lives.
- My Mindful Music: This collection of music helps provide focus and a sense of calm for students while they are working.
- Get Along Monsters: Follow along with some monsters as they navigate and come up with solutions for bullying, emotions, teasing, fighting, etc.

Amazing Me by Dove Self-Esteem Project: Designed for 4th and 5th grade teachers, but adaptable for multiple grades, Amazing Me is designed to provide standards-aligned, easy-to-use resources for educators and families to build life-long confidence and self-esteem in their students. With high self-esteem and body confidence, kids are more likely to reach their full potential in life.
- Learning for Justice: A project of the Southern Poverty Law Center, Learning for Justice examines a variety of resources on social justice and anti-bias topics such as intersectionality, race and ethnicity, gender and sexual identity, and rights and activism through the lens of the four domains of the Learning for Justice Social Justice Standards: identity, diversity, justice, and action. This channel provides a range of resources including articles, lessons, magazine features, student tasks, professional development resources, videos, podcasts, and more.
- STEM Careers: Supporting students in finding future careers? Learn about fascinating STEM careers through a variety of resources including career profiles, student activations, challenges, classroom activities, virtual field trips, and more.
- Common Sense Education: Connect students to critical digital citizenship skills. Each lesson takes on timely topics for school communities, supports teachers with improved classroom tools, and prepares students to take ownership of their digital lives.
- Prevent Bullying: Explore content that helps students understand what bullying is, provides strategies to stop the behavior, and teaches how to be socially responsible.
- Speak Truth to Power: Founded by Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, this program introduces students to influential human rights defenders through powerful storytelling and interactive learning to inspire passion and action to end and prevent human rights abuses and violations around the world. This channel provides educators with flexible, standards-aligned digital resources, designed to educate, engage and inspire the next generation of human rights defenders.
