Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) when filling out the self-service form
| Q: I can't seem to make adjustments to the quantities on the form, how do I make changes? |
A: The first page of the form is a summary of your order. You will be able to make changes to the shipping locations and product quantities on pages 2 and 3 of the form.
| Q: What if I don't need (or can't accept) delivery yet? |
A: You can still fill out the form now and indicate a future month for shipment (available through November). Please note you will continue to receive follow-up emails to remind you to fill out this form. If you need to postpone completing the form and do not wish to receive further reminders at this time, please reach out to your Discovery Education representative or reply to this email to let us know.
| Q: Can my order be shipped to my district location with products separated by school? |
A: Yes, this option can be selected from within the self-service form. In the first drop-down menu, answer the question "How would you like us to ship your order?" by selecting "Ship to my warehouse, and label it by school" If you prefer to work directly with your DE representative, they can choose this option for your order on your behalf.

| Shipment Month | Select the month that you would like us to ship your goods. Goods are shipped between the 1st and 25th of each month. The list of shipment months will update on this form according to current availability. |
| Ship to one location | Choose this shipment method if you would like all products for this order delivered to a single location. |
| Ship to each school | Choose this shipment if you would like products delivered to multiple sites. |
| Ship to my warehouse and label it by school | Choose this option if you would like all product delivered to one site with the products palletized and/or labeled by individual school site. |
