For kits that require live materials, a pre-paid redeemable voucher will be included in your science kit. Vouchers will also be listed as a supply on the packing list that arrives with your kit.
To receive the live materials, follow the directions on the voucher to redeem and schedule shipment to your desired location. Vouchers must be redeemed at least 2 weeks in advance of teaching the corresponding lesson. Orders cannot be fulfilled with less notice.
Vouchers may be redeemed several months in advance if you know your preferred delivery date. If you are a large district ordering for multiple schools, we recommend you allow more than two weeks so vendors can accommodate increased fulfillment needs. |
