If you would like to get connected directly with a member of our support team for immediate assistance, choose one of the following options:

- Friday 8am – 6:30pm Eastern Time
If you are already logged in, you can chat directly with a member of our support team online. Click on the orange ‘Help’ badge in the bottom right corner of the screen. Once prompted, select the ‘Get in touch’ option. If a support team member is available, you will be able to follow the prompts to get connected on Chat. If a support team is unavailable, you can leave a message offline or contact us via any of the other options below in this article.

If you have product feedback, sales or renewal inquiries, customer support needs, or other general questions, please submit a contact form. For any specific product feature requests or suggestions to improve the Discovery Education learning platform, use the same contact form and select ‘Product Feature Request’ in the ‘Topic’ field dropdown.
