Hourly sessions may be rescheduled if Discovery Education is notified within 48 hours of planned session(s).
Onsite sessions may be rescheduled if Discovery Education is notified within 5 days.
For any changes or cancellations, please follow these steps:
1. Each session that you schedule comes with a confirmation email.
2. Locate that confirmation email.
3. Reply to confirmation email or send an email to PDSupport@discoveryed.com to make the necessary adjustments.
