At the school or district level, anyone with administrator access within DE can limit content by grade band for students.
To do this, you must have access to the DE Admin Dashboard in product.
- Log into DE and select the Admin tile from your My DE homepage.
- Select Manage District or Manage School (depends on your access level) in the upper right.
- Then, select Student Access.
- Scroll down the page and find the Student Search Filter section.
- Select the grade bands you wish the students to have access to.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Once that is complete, your students should only be able to search for content within the selected grade bands.
