In order to be best prepared for your delivery of materials, please follow these steps:
- Ensure someone is on site who is authorized to sign for the delivery.
- If a large order of pallets is expected, if the delivery location is not on ground level with doors wide enough to deliver pallet confirm the delivery team has access to a ramp.
- Identify where the materials should be placed upon delivery.
Additionally, the primary contact for the order will receive automated communication throughout this process to keep track of their order. You will receive the following emails:
- Confirmation email when the order has been submitted
- Notification for when the order has been sent to the Warehouse
- Tracking details once the order has been shipped
- Confirmation email for when the entire order has been delivered
| Prior to the delivery of the products, the carrier will call the shipping contact designated for that location to set up a delivery appointment. It is important to ensure the shipping contact is someone who can be readily available for delivery. |
