Reach out to us immediately at materials@discoveryed.com if your order was delivered to the incorrect school. Please do not open the product, remove shrink wrap, or move products off the pallet. This complicates the pick-up process, which may result in a longer resolution time.
If we need to pick up an order that was dropped off at an incorrect address, we require the following information to schedule a pick-up:
- Quantity of Product - How many boxes or pallets?
- Status of Product - Is it still shrink-wrapped? Or on a pallet? Has anything been opened?
- Addresses – This includes the address of where the product needs to be picked up from, and the correct delivery address.
- Shipping Contacts – This includes the name, email, and phone number of the people at each location who handle the pick-up and delivery of products.
- Special Instructions - Specific hours, closures, need to check in with a front office, etc.
