Partners have 30 days from date of delivery to let us know there is something wrong with the order. If you believe your order was delivered to the incorrect address, please reach out to us immediately at materials@discoveryed.com and provide as much detail as possible.
If you are the recipient of incorrect product due to a delivery mix-up, please do not open the product, remove shrink wrap or move products off the pallet. This complicates the pick-up process, which may result in a longer resolution time.
If we need to pick up an order that was dropped off at an incorrect address, we require the following information to schedule a pick-up:
- Quantity of Product: How many boxes or pallets?
- Status of Product: Is it still shrink-wrapped? Or on a pallet? Has anything been opened?
- Addresses: This includes the address of where the product needs to be picked up from, and the correct delivery address.
- Shipping Contacts: This includes the name, email, and phone number of the people at each location who handle the pick-up and delivery of products.
- Special Instructions: Specific hours, closures, need to check in with a front office, etc.
