Each in-person professional learning day includes up to six hours of facilitated learning and support. The day is typically structured as follows:
Three hours of whole-group learning.
This allows districts to train one group of educators in the morning and a different group in the afternoon, if desired.
Three additional hours for instructional support.
Many districts use this time for small-group planning, grade-level collaboration, or one-on-one coaching.
This flexible structure helps maximize the impact of each in-person day by reaching more educators and supporting differentiated needs.
