If your district/school creates and manages classrooms using Bulk Import-Single Sign-On or another tool like Clever or ClassLink, all changes to your name, email, or other profile details that are already being shared should be made by your district IT staff. Any manual changes to your name, email or other profile details that are shared by your district will be eliminated in the next data sync. |
Educators can update their name, email, and Experience topic and grade level selections from their Profile page.
Opening Your Profile
- From your Experience Home page, click your profile icon.
- When your Profile Panel opens, click View Profile.
Update Your Personalized Experience
These directions assume your Profile page is already open. If you are not sure how to open your Profile page, click here for directions.
- From your Profile page, select or deselect Grade Levels, Subjects, Interests, and Homepage Content and click Save to confirm your changes.
- A banner will confirm your updates have been saved.

- Type updates in the First or Last Name, Username, Job Title, or Contact Email fields and click Save to confirm your changes.
- A banner will confirm your updates have been saved.
