Partners have 30 days from date of delivery to let us know there is something wrong with the order. If you believe there is something wrong with your order, whether it is missing items, damaged items, or incorrect product delivered, please reach out to materials@discoveryed.com. After you contact us, we will create a case for the issue to track progress and resolution.
We will need the following details to help us determine the best way to resolve the issue:
- Are the materials still packaged in cartons and/or palletized?
- What was the condition of the shipment when it was received?
- For all reported missing items, please provide a count of how many were received.
- For damaged product, please provide pictures of the damage
- If you received incorrect products, please provide the name of the incorrect product and quantity received.
