How can I reset my username or password if I forgot it?

If your district logs in through single sign-on, please contact your site administrator for further direction on resetting your username or password. 

For users who do not use single sign-on, please follow these steps to reset your username or password.

1. On the Discovery Education homepage, click Log In. 
2. Click Forgot your Username or Password?
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to retrieve your username and password.
