Single Sign-On Users: If your school/district utilizes SSO to log in users, please contact your district IT team for assistance with username and password updates. Do NOT manually change password information.
- If you know your student’s username, but not password, the password can be updated by logging into your user account and accessing Classrooms from the top menu on your My DE homepage.
- Next, choose All Students, in the left menu bar, and then either do a search for your student, or, if they are viewable, click the pencil icon to edit their user profile.
- Teachers can reset their students’ password by updating it in the student’s user profile and then clicking Submit.
