Depending on which DreamBox product/s you use and which teachers and students have access, you can use the Classroom Product Filters tool in your DE Admin Dashboard to streamline the classrooms teachers see in their DreamBox educator dashboards.
This article focuses on recommended filter settings for several implementation scenarios.
See only Math Classrooms in DreamBox Math

If teachers should see only Math-focused classrooms in their Math educator dashboard:
- Open the district or specific school Classroom Product Filter page, confirm the DreamBox Math tab is selected, and then confirm the correct school is selected (if updating school-level filter settings).
- In the District or School-Level Filters section, click + Add Classroom Filter and select Class Subject contains.
- In the Class Name field, type "Math", click Enter, and then click Save. Only classrooms with Math in their subject field will appear in the dashboard.
See only ELA or Reading Classrooms in Reading Plus or Reading Park

If teachers should see only ELA or Reading-focused classrooms in their Reading educator dashboards:
- Open the district or specific school Classroom Product Filter page, confirm Reading Park, Reading Plus, or both tabs are selected, and then confirm the correct school is selected (if updating school-level filter settings).
- In the District or School-Level Filters section, click + Add Classroom Filter and select Class Subject contains.
- In the Class Subject field, type "Reading", "English", "ELA", "Literacy" (or the subject name your district or school uses). The class list will update to show classes associated with one or more of the subjects.
- After you have selected the correct subject/s, click Save. Only classrooms with this subject in their subject field will appear in the dashboard.
See Only K-5 Classrooms in DreamBox Products
If teachers should only see grades K-5 classrooms in their DreamBox Math or Reading educator dashboards:
- Open the district or specific school Classroom Product Filter page, confirm the correct DreamBox product tab/s are selected, and then confirm the correct school is selected (if updating school-level filter settings).
- In the District or School-Level Filters section, click + Add Classroom Filter and select the Class Grade is filter.
- The Class Grade is filter defaults to all grades selected. To filter for grades K-5, either:
- Click Deselect All and then select grades PreK through Fifth.
- Deselect grades Sixth through Twelfth, and Other.
- When only grades K-5 are selected, review the list of classrooms that match the filters, and then click Save. Teachers will only see classrooms designated as one of the selected grades in their educator dashboard/s.
See Only Classrooms with Specific Names in DreamBox Products
If teachers should only see classrooms with specific names in their DreamBox Math or Reading educator dashboards:
- Open the district or specific school Classroom Product Filter page, confirm the correct DreamBox product tab/s are selected, and then confirm the correct school is selected (if updating school-level filter settings).
- In the District or School-Level Filters section, click + Add Classroom Filter and select the Class Name is filter.
- Click the dropdown arrow and select the exact class name that should appear in the DreamBox educator dashboard/s. To search more quickly, type the first part of the class name in the search bar. Repeat this process until all the class names have been selected.
- When you have finished selecting class names, click Save. Only classrooms with those exact names will be visible to teachers in their educator dashboards.
Set Classroom Filters for Some Schools in a District
If teachers at some schools in your district need to different classrooms than the rest of the schools in the district:
- Open the district or specific school Classroom Product Filter page and confirm the correct DreamBox product tab/s are selected.
- In the School-Level Filters section, select the school/s that need the same classroom filter settings.
- Just below the selected school/s, click + Add Classroom Filter, and then select and configure the filters needed at these schools.
- When all of the filters have been adjusted, click Save. Teachers at the selected school/s will see the classrooms defined by the newly updated school-level settings. Teachers at all other schools in the district will continue to see the classrooms identified in the district filters.
