The Assignment Builder and Writing Prompt Builder tools have been retired. Previously created assignments and writing prompts that were saved to My Content are accessible, but not editable.
As an alternative, you can create assessments in Assessment Builder and writing prompts in Studio, which can be found in the top menu bar.
